The Dreamer's Garden is an 8-week held container built around The Sleep Spell-Book, a series of eight Yoga Nidra transmissions delivered to your favourite podcast app each Monday evening.
Each Spell is 30 to 45 minutes, woven around a single guiding intention. Crafted to soften the mental noise, unwind the emotional residue, and gently retrain your body into safety at night.
For seven nights, that Spell becomes your bedtime ritual. You return to it as many times as feels right. You do not need to stay awake for it. You do not need to do it perfectly. You simply need to lie down and let yourself be guided.
Between Spells, you are held in community, a private sanctuary for reflection, connection, and the quiet reassurance that you are not walking this path alone.
We gather live twice across the eight weeks. Once at the beginning, to initiate the journey and set your intention together. Once at the end, to close the circle and integrate what has moved through you.

From hyper-vigilance to trust. For the part of you that is still scanning the horizon for what could go wrong. This week you are given something you may not have given yourself in a long time: permission to stop watching.

From wakefulness to wonder. A passage into the liminal space between effort and release, between who you have been and who you are becoming. The dream world is closer than you think.

From seeking rest to living it. This is not an ending. It is the moment you realise that rest is not something you find at the end of a long road. It was always here. You are simply returning.
… but what is Yoga Nidra?
Yoga Nidra is one of the oldest and most profound rest practices in the world. A guided meditation that brings the brain into the deeply restorative states that ordinarily only occur during sleep, while keeping a thread of quiet awareness alive.
You lie down. You close your eyes. A voice guides you through. That is the entire practice.
If you fall asleep, your body needed the rest. If you stay awake, you receive the transmission at a deeper level. There is no wrong way to arrive.
